please pray...

This is my dear friend Della and her son Kody.  Della was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer two weeks ago and has already had a successful surgery.  She will be facing 6 months of chemo and radiation.  Would you please remember her in your daily prayers?  She is young, and otherwise very healthy so I just know that she is going to beat this!!

Also, her son Kody plays for Wabash College on the football team.  It is Kody's senior year and he already has professional football teams looking at him.  He was in a scrimmage game last weekend and has possibly torn his ACL.  This would put him out for the rest of his college career.  Please pray for Kody that healing is quick no matter what the injury is.

The Lemond family also had another blow when Della was in the hospital.  Her sister-in-law, who has been fighting ovarian cancer for many years now, died.

God is preparing this family for great things as the devil is busy at work trying to tear them down...it won't work Satan, so back off:-)

Love you Della!

Chad left for the Navy yesterday morning!  He will be in Rhode Island for three months.  He is going in as an Officer because he earned his degree in Criminal Justice while in the Air Force for 4 years.  He is going to be a pilot in the Navy and I couldn't be more proud and frightened at the same time.

(This is Chad and Graham talking after a tennis match)

Thank you Chad for keeping our country safe and FREE!
Today is a good reminder to everyone to pray for those brave young men and women who did not hesitate to cross the pond to fight for our freedom.  God Bless our country and those who are proudly fighting for it!

I couldn't be more proud of my husband! He is truly selfless and would do anything to keep his country safe. Thanks for your support!
p.s. he's in Rhode Island, not Delaware ;)
Love, Becky
